Job Description

As a seasoned Engineer specializing in Milling, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our milling processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain milling machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on milling equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to milling operations.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless integration of milling processes.
  • Conduct training sessions for junior engineers and operators on milling techniques and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Keep detailed records of milling operations, maintenance activities, and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Engineering Qualifications or time-served experience with Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a milling-focused engineering role.
  • Extensive knowledge of milling machines, tools, and processes.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and troubleshooting in a milling environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
