About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Niyaa People. As a key member of our housing contractor team, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects to meet company Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management of electrical projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to company standards
  • Oversee electrical engineers and quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Attend site meetings to review progress and communicate with client representatives as required
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Raise risk assessments and method statements to ensure safe working practices
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Experience working in the social housing sector
  • Extensive experience in electrical contracting, including knowledge of the 18th edition, 2391, AM2, and JIB Gold Card
  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role
