Responsibilities:
- Monitor blood sugar levels and administer oxygen as required
- Manage wounds and develop treatment plans for our residents
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team and GP to ensure seamless care
- Oversee a team of care assistants and provide guidance on best practices
Requirements:
