Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at RPS Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting health surveillance, fitness for work medicals, and health promotion to clients across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct health surveillance and fitness for work medicals to clients
  • Deliver health promotion and wellbeing services to clients
  • Travel extensively throughout the UK and Ireland, including overnight stays
  • Drive a mobile screening unit, including vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in occupational health, including health surveillance and fitness for work medicals
  • Ability to travel extensively and work overnight
  • Full UK driving licence and experience driving vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes
  • Competent IT user, including MS Office suite and electronic medical records systems
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
