Role Overview

Placed by Leon is partnering with a renowned watch brand to find a confident Sales Associate to join their successful team at Harrods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Boutique team in achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Provide exceptional sales and after-sales service skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the Brand inside and outside the Boutique, acting as a role model and nurturing relationships with clients to generate sales leads.
  • Network within the Harrods environment to create sales opportunities and ensure the highest level of service to After Sales Clients.
  • Manage complaints and proactively follow up on the repair process from registration to collection.
  • Carry out administrative tasks, including client follow-ups, general inquiries, and handling client complaints and concerns.
  • Control inventory quality, maintaining exceptional selling conditions.
Requirements
  • Harrods experience and strong connections internally to support CRM/client development.
  • Excellent sales and after-sales service skills.
  • Ability to represent the Brand and act as an Ambassador.
