Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Environment team at ICF, where you will play a key role in coordinating proposals and projects from inception to delivery and successful outcomes for our clients.
About the Role
This is a Managing Consultant or Lead Managing Consultant level position, depending on experience, and you will be responsible for:
- Leading the preparation and submission of proposals and subsequent delivery, including budget development and contract review, management of quality, risk management, budget control, performance review / client feedback, and client liaison throughout the project lifecycle.
- Overseeing the management of projects, ensuring all financial, contractual, and other obligations are achieved in accordance with the agreed terms of reference and in accordance with ICF's quality standards.
- Building effective relationships with clients and ICF subcontractors to ensure delivery of high-quality projects that meet client needs, on time and within budget.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a strong track record in bid and/or project management of environmental projects, or monitoring and evaluation projects, working as a project and/or bid manager. You will also have experience of project and bid management in a consulting or similar project-based environment. Additionally, you will have a keen interest and experience of working in the environmental, natural sciences, or social sciences / policy sectors.
