Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Workshop / Engineer to join our team in the Castleford workshop. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a forklift technician, plant fitter, or mechanical engineer, with a strong background in plant equipment, powered access equipment, or industrial cleaners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Find, diagnose, and rectify faults on Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Undertake preventative maintenance on our products at customer sites
  • Work with a variety of equipment, including small pallet trucks, IC trucks, VNA trucks, and automated trucks
Requirements
  • NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification (not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good communication skills to liaise with customers and internal colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Take pride in work and complete tasks to the highest standard
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of the role
