Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate client business processes and needs into functional requirements for Dynamics CRM (Customer Engagement) solutions.
  • Design and configure customized Dynamics CRM (CE) applications that meet the clients' expectations and industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and developers on Dynamics CRM (CE) functionalities and integrations, especially on Power Automate workflows and connectors.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the quality and timely delivery of Dynamics CRM (CE) projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to Dynamics CRM (CE) applications.
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users and administrators on how to use and maintain Dynamics CRM (CE) solutions.
  • Travel as required for the project.
  • Obtain certifications to strengthen your role and Microsoft Practice capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Hold active SC Clearance.
  • Understanding of client business processes and needs.
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM (Customer Engagement) solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
