Grwp Llandrillo Menai is a leading educational institution in North Wales, committed to improving people's futures. We are currently seeking a Construction Skills Assessor to join our team, responsible for evaluating learners' skills in electrical tasks.
Your duties will include assessing learners' practical skills and portfolio work, as well as providing training and instruction to groups of learners. You will travel to various workplaces to observe apprentices carrying out electrical tasks and ensure that their work meets industrial standards.
To excel in this role, you will need excellent technical knowledge of electrical tasks, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to build strong relationships with learners, employers, and colleagues, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.
A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this full-time position. Benefits include 28 days annual leave, rising to 32 days after five years' service, plus all public holidays. The Local Government Pension Scheme is also available.
