About the Role:
As an Experienced Night Manager at Amazon TA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations, and other facilities across Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the recruitment team to fill allocated headcount with high-quality experienced staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain equipment failure contingency plans, coordinate rehearsals with affected parties, and be prepared to work in a flexible manner to ensure failures or breakdowns are rectified as quickly as possible.
- Work with Site Management, Finance, the EU Engineering team, and internal design teams to plan for future growth, upgrades, or new equipment rollouts.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure that all allocated headcount is filled with high-quality experienced staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience at Amazon.
- Experience in employee and performance management.
- Experience in distribution or manufacturing with equivalent mechanical or electrical field.
- Experience in facilities management, office management, corporate administrative services, or hospitality management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in design review process to incorporate electrical, mechanical, automation controls solutions to drive equipment reliability and standards.
- Experience in automated conveyors systems and controls, electrical and electronic principles, blueprint and electrical schematic reading, CMMS programs, preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, industrial electronics.
