We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patrol Team Manager to join our team at Direct Line Insurance Group plc. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Roadside Technicians to ensure high-quality customer service and performance targets are met.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patrol performance and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the Patrol Dispatch Manager to optimize the customer claims journey and ensure seamless communication between teams.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance of the Green Flag patrol force fleet and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process insurance claims resulting from accidents involving Roadside Technicians and manage associated risks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience in the vehicle repair industry, preferably at a supervisory or management level.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop direct reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of risk management and governance policies, with the ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £41,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive:
