Production Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food manufacturing processes.
Main Responsibilities- Hanging and Processing: You will be responsible for hanging birds on shackles, taking care to cause minimal discomfort, and ensuring that all birds are processed efficiently and safely.
- Quality Control: You will be responsible for monitoring the birds as they pass through the production line, identifying any birds of the wrong size, and ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Teamwork: You will work closely with other members of the production team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Passion for Quality: You will have a passion for delivering high-quality products and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality.
- Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with colleagues and management.
- Flexibility: You will be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
