About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Director - Change Management to join our team at Jupiter. As a key member of our Strategy and Transformation Department, you will play a critical role in delivering our business strategy and transformational initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale programs of work, with expertise in developing complex cross-functional roadmaps and implementation plans. You will be responsible for coordinating requirement gathering, defining project scope, and identifying operational BAU impacts.

You will also be expected to design and implement solutions to improve the ongoing optimization of our Operating Model, manage project financials, and provide insights on industry trends and regulatory landscapes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business. You will be part of a dynamic team that values continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of end-to-end program delivery, including coordination, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, resource profiles, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver programs, leveraging your expertise in business analysis, process improvement, and change management.
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the asset management industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs, with expertise in Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Salary Range: £90,000 - £125,000 per annum, depending on experience.
