Job Title: Senior Network Engineer

About the Role:

Kent Police and Essex Police IT Services are seeking a skilled Senior Network Engineer to join their Network Services Team. The successful candidate will work with an extensive network covering over 100 police buildings across two counties.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Cisco products and other network topologies, as well as a strong understanding of network infrastructure and security. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining the network, ensuring its reliability and performance.

The role involves a Monday to Friday office schedule with 37 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will also be required to join the on-call 24/7 rota. The position offers flexibility in terms of workplace, including home working, with a requirement to regularly attend the contractual workplace if agreed.
