The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the contracts manager and projects manager, playing a pivotal role in project delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  2. Managing project files to keep the team informed of project status.

Essential Skills:

  1. Excellent organisational skills, including time management.
  2. Ability to see projects through from start to finish, ensuring all elements are scheduled and completed.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
