About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of managed hosting, cloud, and transformation services as a 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer. As a key member of the Support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support for a range of complex technical issues, ensuring a first-class service is always provided.

Working with a range of technologies and software, including Windows, VMWare, and Networking, you will be solving technical issues, managing backups, monitoring networks and servers, and managing tasks in the datacentre. Your strong technical background and passion for third-line support make you an ideal candidate for this role.

About You:
  1. Strong background working with Windows, VMWare, and Networking skills.
  2. Well-versed in technical customer support or helpdesk systems.
  3. Knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, IIS, Active Directory.
  4. Strong understanding of networking basics, OSI networking model.
  5. Desirable qualifications include RHCT and MCSE/MCSA Server 2008/2012/2016.
  6. Experience working within a datacentre is also desirable.
