Job Overview

Bid Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our team in London. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the development of bid responses, ensuring timely submission and compliance with tender processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate bid submission processes, understanding and communicating weighting and evaluation criteria
  • Collaborate with the pre-contract team to create high-quality proposals, including bid submissions, interview presentations, and capability documents
  • Navigate client portals to obtain tender information, submit and retrieve proposals
  • Log bids and project opportunities, maintaining accurate records on internal systems
  • Proofread and format final materials, adhering to company branding guidelines
  • Develop and maintain a library of company standard PQQ and tender responses, including CVs and case studies
  • Work closely with the bid team to create winning bids
  • Produce graphics to support PQQ and tender bid responses
  • Provide administrative support to the bid team as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent formatting, reviewing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
  • Motivated and flexible individual, able to work independently and as part of a team
