Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety professional to join our team as a Safety and Compliance Manager. This role will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to health and safety policies, procedures, and performance standards across our sites.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead incident investigations and offer support to management and colleagues when needed.
  • Develop, review, and update policies and procedures to align with legal obligations and industry best practices.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits, monitoring recommendations and driving the implementation of improvements.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a Health and Safety Management role within waste, recycling, or mass production/manufacturing industries.
  • EBOSH qualification is essential, with a solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and a demonstrable track record of leadership impact.

The salary range for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
