Job Requirements
We are seeking an experienced professional with over 10 years of experience in the construction or sustainability consultancy sectors, ideally in a client-facing role.

Skills and Qualifications:
Expertise in CFD modelling and building physics simulations.
Experience using CAD software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper) and IES / Design Builder, Radiance / Ladybug tools.
Strong knowledge of GLA planning requirements and operational energy modelling (e.g., TM54).
Proven experience in overheating/daylight assessments, thermal bridging, and IES Apache HVAC for detailed energy modelling.
A proactive approach to managing and developing teams, along with excellent communication and client relationship skills.
