About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed clinicians to join our outstanding teams in Swindon. As a Clinical Healthcare Assessor, you will play a vital role in assessing customers' clinical needs and creating written reports to support their claims. Your expertise will be valued and respected, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess up to four to five customers per day, taking clinical observations and questioning to create a comprehensive written report.
  • Work closely with the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) to ensure accurate and timely decision-making.
  • Participate in industry-leading training provided by our clinical tutors, focusing on areas such as mental health and musculoskeletal issues.
  • Develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing CPD and revalidation support.

Requirements

  • One year's post-registration experience as an RGN/RMN/RNLD or Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy.
