Key Responsibilities:- Assist with individual and group learning activities to promote academic and personal growth.
- Support students with behavioural and emotional needs, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers to implement individualized learning plans and provide one-on-one support.
- Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour or special educational needs is desirable.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is beneficial but not essential.
