Radiologist with Expertise in Gynae Imaging

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled General Radiologist with a specialist interest in Gynae to join our dynamic team at Medway NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be required to contribute to the general workload of the department, participating in the radiology on-call rota after a 3-month probation period. Our department is well-equipped with state-of-the-art imaging equipment, including CT, MRI, and ultrasound machines.
As a General Radiologist, you will be responsible for interpreting imaging scans, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a Radiology degree, preferably with FRCR or equivalent, and broad training in Radiology. You will be expected to hold a full GMC registration and CCST/CCT/CESR or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpreting imaging scans and diagnosing conditions
- Developing treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Contributing to the general workload of the department
- Participating in the radiology on-call rota
Person Specification
- Full GMC registration and FRCR
- CCST/CCT/CESR or equivalent in Radiology
- Strong clinical governance principles
- Competency in CT, Plain Film, and Ultrasound
