We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our care team at our state-of-the-art care home in Holt, Norfolk. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular supervisions and appraisals to support the development of our care team
- Contribute to care planning and coaching support workers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
- Take an active role in promoting our services to relatives, prospective residents, and enquiries
- Administer medication to residents in accordance with policies and procedures
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
