About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Pharmacist - Medication Expertise to join our team at Daisy Hill Hospital. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing expert medication management services and leading clinical pharmacy teams.

Job Summary

  • Salary: £62,500 - £82,500 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Location: Daisy Hill Hospital in Armagh, Northern Ireland.
  • Directorate: Medicine & Unscheduled Care Services.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to medication use.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
  3. Analyze data to inform medication safety initiatives.
  4. Provide clinical pharmacy leadership and expertise across the trust.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Postgraduate degree in pharmacy or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical pharmacy practice.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
