The role will see you developing your skills on major engineering projects across the UK, working on all aspects of the engineering process such as producing technical drawings, setting out, levelling, undertaking pre and post checks, reading and interpreting technical drawings and lift plans.
Key Responsibilities* Oversee site operations and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget* Manage and coordinate site teams to achieve project goals* Develop and implement site procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards* Conduct site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement* Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless project execution* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of site activities and progress* Manage and maintain site equipment and resources* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols* Develop and implement site training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge* Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination* Ensure site operations are aligned with company goals and objectives
