About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Social Value Impact Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our social value department, you will play a crucial role in driving impactful social value initiatives across our organisation.



Key Responsibilities



  1. Drive Meaningful Contributions: Develop and implement strategies to drive meaningful contributions to society through Made Tech's social value commitments, aligning with client expectations.
  2. Social Value Quality Mark Accreditation: Achieve and maintain SVQM accreditation, demonstrating Made Tech's commitment to social value.
  3. Foster Strong Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with charity partners and our supply chain, ensuring collaborations drive significant impact.
  4. Strategic Alignment: Ensure social value work aligns with the broader ESG and business strategies, enhancing Made Tech's reputation in social value.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proven experience in driving social value initiatives and achieving accreditation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across various levels within the organisation
  • Project management skills, with experience of managing complex timelines and dependencies
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional groups and motivate them to deliver social value outcomes


What You'll Need



  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, business administration)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
