Procurement Director

The Curve Group is seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Contract Management Lead to oversee and guide both the Procurement and Contract Management Teams, ensuring optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direction and leadership to all direct reports while seeking opportunities to transform the function's delivery.
- Oversee the delivery of the Procurement & Supplier Management Committee.
- Ensure end-to-end policies, sourcing limits, procedures, and control frameworks are in place, regularly reviewed, and optimized to support the business's strategic aims.
- Manage the Essential and Sensitive Suppliers list, the TPRM process, regulatory changes, and associated governance.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and statutory obligations within the designated area of responsibility, embedding compliance within the business.
- Participate in necessary training to enhance professional development and expertise.
- Transformation mindset
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days a week in the office
