Key Responsibilities: As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints, and work closely with the pub manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a similar position, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You should also be familiar with health and safety regulations and have a good understanding of the hospitality industry. In addition, you should be able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in busy environments.
