We are offering a part-time role with guaranteed hours for the right person.
This exciting opportunity allows you to join our award-winning business as an Executive Chef at our beachside Café serving fresh seafood in a beautiful coastal location.
The café is set directly on the beach, ensuring our guests feel connected to the incredible fresh seafood we serve. As a Rockfish Chef, you will work with world-class sustainable seafood, MSC certified or caught and managed in the Southwest of England.
The Role
As Executive Chef, you will support the Head Chef, ensuring food preparation meets high standards, building strong relationships with front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional levels of service to all our guests.
You will be supported by structured training, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with Rockfish. Many of our Head Chefs have worked their way up from this level.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
Suitable experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef within a restaurant environment would be advantageous. You must have a flexible approach to working hours, supporting the business when it's at its busiest, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
