The Equipment Maintenance Technician Role:

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex machinery in our state-of-the-art workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repair of machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Conduct routine checks on equipment to identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical problems
  • Develop and implement process improvements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols

Salary and Benefits:

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician at Luton Bennett, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary range of £31,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Overtime pay at 1.5 and 2 times the standard rate
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4:30pm.
