Master Planner

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Master Planner to join our team in Kendal, Castle Mills. As a key member of our Global Procurement & Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for providing accurate Master Planning Schedule data to drive correct MRP action for build and buy decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and report production schedule changes and related documentation.
• Provide accurate Master Planning Schedule data to drive correct MRP action for build and buy decisions.
• Organize and coordinate the weekly IBar production planning schedule meeting.
• Publish daily and weekly look-ahead schedules reporting relevant data and information across project stakeholders.
• Contribute to the monthly Business Planning meeting.
• Calculate compile and communicate business performance against key performance indicators and performance metrics.
• Support the business Schedulers with their day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in Demand Management and Business Analytics.
• Advanced IT skills, particularly in MS Project, Excel, Word, etc.
• Proficient in project management controls and understand multi-function projects requiring both internal and external resources.
• Effective communicator on all project levels to senior and middle management.
• Ability to effectively present information.
• Proven application of various planning methodologies used across multi-disciplined projects.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task on a regular basis.
