**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, providing key points and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are prepared accurately, with any differences investigated.

**Requirements:

  • Formal qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
  • Proven track record of adding value in a similar role, with expertise in FP&A.
  • Strong technical accounting skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to lead on technical elements of finance.
