Veterinary Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a key member of our small animal practice, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to our patients and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to shine in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work alongside a dedicated team of 4 vets, 6 nurses, 1 VCA, and an exceptional client care team, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing top-notch care, from admitting patients to monitoring anaesthetics, recovering, and discharging patients.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 to £30,000 (depending on experience), as well as a range of benefits including CPD allowance, professional memberships, and discounts on Pets at Home and The Vet Group products. You will also have access to a company pension, life assurance, and contributory pension scheme.
Shifts:
The role ideally would be a mix of late and early shifts, with either 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 10:30 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work one Saturday in four, where you will consult in the morning, perform a cat castrate or spay mid-day, and consult again in the afternoon.
