Salary: Circa £66,000 plus an Electric Car (Tesla or equivalent), profit related bonus, award winning pension scheme and much more

We're expanding our Central Engineering team and seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of capital projects across our national site network.

The successful candidate will have extensive project management experience of constructing and delivering capital based activities, as well as project engineering and hands-on operational engineering experience, ideally within a multi-site manufacturing, distribution or fast-moving consumer goods environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering process, working with Innovation, NPD, Central and Ops Engineering teams and suppliers
  • Manage large CAPEX budgets and provide engineering leadership, implementation solutions and project management skills
  • Champion our Health and Safety strategy, PUWER, legislation and company standards in all project work
  • Identify and instigate Food Safety and energy usage improvements within your area of responsibility

Requirements:

  • Engineering Qualifications such as HND, HNC, BEng or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of CAD or similar and an ability to read drawings and interpret designs
  • Experienced in Stakeholder Management
