We are seeking a skilled Lettings Consultant to join our clients Lettings team at Office Angels. As a Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of lettings before a tenancy begins.

- You will develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors.
- Manage communications effectively to deliver high-quality service to all customers.
- Stay updated on lettings compliance and conduct Right to Rent checks.
- Advertise properties and proactively contact potential Tenants.
- Assist the Asset Management team during busy periods.
- Excellent communication skills are essential to deliver high-quality service to all customers.
- Experience in lettings is preferred.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hours of Work: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus 26 Saturdays per year (10am - 3pm).
- Bonus Scheme Available
- Driving Licence Required (Personal car preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
