Job Title: Highly Regarded Court of Protection Solicitor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly regarded Court of Protection Solicitor to join our growing and ambitious team in London. The ideal candidate will have experience in COP work and a strong understanding of mental capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialising in matters regarding deputyship and working directly with clients and their families.
  • Acting for and advising a range of HNW clients and estates across the UK.
  • Managing a high-profile caseload and working closely with the team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of PQE in Court of Protection work.
  • Strong knowledge of mental capacity and COP procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
