Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Banchory. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing social support, gardening, car trips, and visiting friends and family to individuals in our care. You will work collaboratively with our experienced staff team to deliver high-quality care and support that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide social support and assistance with daily living tasks, such as cooking and home maintenance
  • Accompany individuals on car trips and visits to friends and family
  • Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and aspirations
  • Manage the finances of the people we support
  • Work collaboratively with the staff team to deliver high-quality care and support
