About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to join our expanding Real Estate team in Nottingham, delivering construction & refurbishment schemes in the Education sector.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment, and be able to lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on different approaches to successfully achieve client objectives.
  • Leading the establishment of overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
  • Planning for and ongoing management of quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
  • Establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilised throughout the project.
  • Project planning, including ensuring production of detailed project plan.
  • Leading and facilitating overall cross-functional project team.
  • Monitoring and applying performance management techniques, including use of KPIs to improve project performance.
  • Monitoring and advising upon project finances.
  • Managing flow of project information between team and client, through regular meetings and written communications.
  • Ensuring production of formal project progress and other reports.
  • Taking leading role in interfacing with client and other consultants, at all project stages.
  • Ensuring that project case study, photograph, and project CV files are kept up-to-date.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
