About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at TRC Total Renal Care Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall operations of multiple healthcare facilities, including financial management, quality assurance, and patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with regional operations directors to identify and address employee and patient concerns, driving towards regional goals and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in management, with prior experience in the healthcare field and multi-site management preferred.
  • RN license preferred (required for some locations).
  • Minimum of 6 months of ESRD/dialysis experience required; minimum of 2 years' experience in dialysis preferred.
  • Current CPR certification required (or certification obtained within 60 days of hire).
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
