The RoleAs Student Engagement and Inclusion Lead, you will develop and implement the college's Student Voice and Representation structures, promoting inclusivity and diversity. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning and promotion of Students' Union activities and events across The College.
- Rolling out Student Voice and Representation across the college, ensuring Student Executives and Reps have the skills to succeed.
- Organizing fair elections and providing training for Student Exec members.
- Collaborating with staff to ensure visibility and promotion of the Students' Union and Student Engagement throughout The College.
We seek an experienced professional with:
- Level 2 (or equivalent) English and Maths.
- Experience in leading projects with staff and/or students.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
You will enjoy a competitive salary of £22,733 per annum, 5 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 30, up to 4 days additional leave during the Christmas closure period, free parking, access to discount schemes, and enrolment into the NEST Pension Scheme. We prioritize safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults, requiring all staff to share this commitment.
