The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining QHSE standards across all locations and product lines, ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety in operations, as well as compliance with environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and standards
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Report on QHSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification, implementing appropriate control measures
  • Develop and maintain quality management systems in line with ISO standards
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement
  • Implement initiatives to reduce environmental impact and improve company policies
Requirements
  • NEBOSH and IOSH qualified
  • Minimum 3 years experience in QHSE role, preferably within the energy or manufacturing industries
  • In-depth knowledge of QHSE management systems, standards, and regulations (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 24002, ISO 45001)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
