About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Estimator to join our team at Red Recruit, specializing in Removals and Logistics. As a Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and competitive cost estimates to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Conduct on-site visits to assess the scope and complexity of potential removals projects, and engage with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals to clients, utilizing industry knowledge and company costing data to compile quotations.
  • Relationship Building: Build and develop strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals, and liaise with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Industry Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services, and use this expertise to provide customers with advice on insurance matters.
  • Documentation and Administration: Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner, and perform any other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience working in a field sales position, preferably in the Removals or Logistics industry.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Results-Driven Approach: A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
