Residential Landscape Foreman & Driver - Crew Leader Job Description

R&S Landscaping seeks a seasoned professional to fill the position of Landscape Maintenance Foreman & Driver - Crew Leader.

This critical role involves leading a team of skilled professionals in delivering top-notch residential landscape maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Direct and motivate a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results in residential landscape maintenance.
  • Manage daily operations, including supervising the inspection of route sheets and work orders, preparing equipment for transportation, and conducting routine checks on trucks and trailers.
  • Guarantee safe transportation of equipment and personnel to and from job sites.
  • Monitor and document start and stop times, assign tasks to crew members, and conduct final walk-throughs to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Promote business growth by implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Cultivate open communication with the Assistant Maintenance Division Manager concerning customer comments, complaints, and damaged equipment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in the landscaping industry.
  • A valid driver's license with a good standing record.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients in English.
  • The ability to motivate and coordinate small teams efficiently.
  • A solid attendance record with minimal tardiness.
