About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership, driving profitability while focusing on the customer's journey. Ideally, you'll have previous hands-on experience as a mechanic, dividing your time between the workshop and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business performance and customer satisfaction through effective management and leadership
  • Work alongside technicians in the workshop, providing guidance and support
  • Assist the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive business growth

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience / Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
  • Experience / Ability to deliver coaching/training in moment to colleagues
  • Technical/Mechanical ability or experience
  • Good time management
  • A current valid driving licence
