Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Professional Negligence Team, working on high-quality cases on behalf of insurers arising from professional indemnity claims.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers who are experts in their field, handling a variety of cases including Solicitors, insurance brokers, and financial advisers, as well as construction claims.

The successful candidate will have exposure to advising on policy coverage, regulatory issues, and Ombudsmen complaints, and will work closely with Partners on high-value claims, with progression opportunities to manage their own case load.

  • Working to deadlines and prioritizing a varied caseload

  • Providing strong legal and leadership skills with attention to detail

  • Effective communication with clients and stakeholders
