Resident Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Services Manager to join our team at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our premium residential site in North Acton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 4, managing rotas, delegating tasks, and driving performance to deliver exceptional resident experiences
  • Handle enquiries, viewings, and leasing offers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a seamless and first-class experience for residents
  • Build strong relationships with contractors and facilities teams to ensure smooth operations and maintain top-notch living standards
  • Plan and host exciting resident events to foster a sense of community and build relationships with residents
  • Keep communication fresh through various channels, including social media, to engage with residents and promote the site
  • Coordinate maintenance, safety checks, and inspections to ensure the site meets the highest standards
  • Oversee tenancy renewals, check-ins, check-outs, and deposit returns, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Assist in driving rental growth and providing strategic insights on pricing and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Manage the building's expenditure budget and explore new revenue streams to enhance the resident experience
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Property Management and Lettings, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional resident experiences
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • A natural problem-solver with a customer-first attitude, able to think on their feet and resolve issues efficiently
  • A positive, warm, and approachable personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Tech-savvy, with a good grasp of social media and the ability to use technology to enhance the resident experience
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £38,000 - £40,000, with up to 10% discretionary bonus
  • A Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, site-based role, with a focus on work-life balance
