We are seeking a highly skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team at St Monica's Community Unit in Easingwold, York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for collaborative working within an integrated care setting to provide exceptional standards of inpatient care. As a key member of our small but effective multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality clinical care, ensuring a positive patient experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of patient-focused care in accordance with York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust policies and procedures.
- Promote and maintain positive relationships between all staff involved in the care of the patients.
- Act in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code of Conduct.
