Key Responsibilities- Assist in the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation and company policies.
- Process new starter and leaver information, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Address payroll-related queries from staff, providing clear and concise information.
- Work closely with HR to ensure all payroll changes are reflected accurately.
- Prepare payroll reports for management as required.
- Participate in audits related to payroll, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Support with other finance-related tasks as required.
- Previous experience in a similar payroll role is preferred but not essential.
- Background in accounts or strong interest in getting into the payroll industry.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Excel.
- A competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £28,000 per year.
- A fully office-based role with free street parking available.
- Part-time (30 hours) or full-time working opportunities.
