Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct biodiversity net gain assessments, including coordinating biodiversity impact assessments, BNG option assessments for planning applications and drafting and agreeing biodiversity gain plans.
* Purchase biodiversity units and credits as part of an offsetting scheme.
* Conduct ecological surveys, including phase 1 habitat surveys, ecological impact assessments, biodiversity enhancement and management plans, natural England license applications (bats, great crested newt, and badger) and biodiversity net gain assessments.
* Coordinate specialist ecological surveyors (independent contractors) who are likely to be based nationwide near to individual development sites.
* Provide reports for planning submissions and discharging of conditions attached to planning permissions
