Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to join our team as a Group Head of HR and Workforce Strategy. In this hands-on role, you will support the design and implementation of our HR strategy, while also managing day-to-day HR activities. You'll partner with business leaders to enhance our talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development, ensuring HR initiatives align with our overall goals.

Talent Acquisition and Development
Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent, with a focus on retention, succession planning, and professional development. Collaborate with leaders to identify skill gaps and develop training programs that meet the needs of the business.

Workforce Planning
Support workforce planning efforts by analyzing data to ensure departments have the right talent and resources. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency, reducing costs and improving employee satisfaction.

Performance Management
Assist in developing and executing performance management processes, including support for coaching and development. Identify areas for improvement and develop targeted plans to address them.

HR Operations
Oversee daily HR activities, such as employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, ensuring smooth operations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness throughout the organization.

HR Data and Reporting
Analyze HR data and provide insights to leadership on workforce trends. Develop reports and dashboards to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 5+ years of HR experience, including exposure to strategic HR initiatives and hands-on HR operations. Proven ability to support HR strategies within growing organizations, ideally with some experience in start-up or fast-paced settings. Solid knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and UK employment law. Proficiency with HRIS and basic data analysis.
